Fried rice

Fried rice

Cook the rice.

In fry pan put ¼ cup oil

Optional 1 egg

Optional ¼ shrimp or chicken

¼ cup frozen mix green peas and carrots

Fry together 2 min. Then add rice (2-3 cups). Add ½ cup soy sauce and 1 table spoon sesame oil. Mix well cook 5 min. Salt, pepper to taste.
